3 Pillars

We make the system perform consistently, evolve through measurable experiments, and get adopted by people.

Process Optimization

Stability and control in practice: from end-to-end flows and KPIs to SOPs and control plans—so you can scale without breaking.

  • Flow mapping, bottlenecks, baseline & targets
  • SOPs / standard work + QA/QC loops + calibration
  • KPI governance, cadence reviews (WBR/QBR) + corrective actions

Innovation

We turn ideas into data-driven experiments. We choose what’s worth doing first and test it with minimal risk.

  • Opportunity / experiment backlog (hypotheses → tests → learning)
  • Priority matrix (Impact/Effort or ICE/RICE) for fast decisions
  • Pilots & prototypes with measurable criteria + rollout plan when it works

Communications (Leadership Enablement)

Change needs narrative, persuasion, and alignment. We train leaders to communicate clearly to teams, stakeholders, decision makers, and audiences.

  • Change narrative: what changes / why / what we gain / what we need
  • Pitching & funding decks (internal or partners) + stakeholder handling
  • Negotiations, facilitation, Q&A readiness + adoption metrics

Process Optimization • Operational Excellence • Communication Systems

Make the bottleneck measurable. Make performance predictable.

Mantyger Consulting designs, standardizes, and evolves operational systems at scale: process architecture, KPI operating model & governance, and change enablement. We apply Lean Six Sigma as a full toolkit (DMAIC/DMADV, Kaizen, VSM, VOC/CTQ, SPC & Control Plans) so performance becomes measurable, repeatable, and resilient over time. Built for teams and organizations operating under volume, pressure, and variability.

Start with a Diagnostic
DMAIC Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) SOPs / Standard Work QA/QC + Calibration Change Comms AHT • CSAT • CES • NPS

What you get in 2–6 weeks

  • SIPOC + process maps (as-is / to-be)
  • VOC → CTQ (what truly matters)
  • KPI tree + definitions (AHT, Reopen, Accuracy, Compliance)
  • RCA (Pareto, 5 Whys, fishbone) + 3–5 high-impact fixes
  • Control plan + audits, ownership (RACI)
  • Change comms playbook to make adoption stick

We have delivered change programs in high-volume operations (e.g., call centers, trust & safety/content moderation) with global teams and stakeholders. In large-brand environments we operate under NDA, but we can share anonymized patterns and measurable outcomes.

Services that connect operations and communication

We build the system that turns ideas into execution: measurement & quality rules, end-to-end flows, roles & ownership, controls, KPI governance (data rules + review/decision cadence) and change enablement so improvements actually stick.

DMAIC Projects (Lean Six Sigma)

Define → Measure → Analyze → Improve → Control, with clear deliverables and ownership.

  • SIPOC, VOC/CTQ, process mapping
  • Measurement system + baseline
  • RCA + prioritized backlog (impact/effort)
  • Control plan + SOPs
  • Review cadence + owners

KPI Governance & Quality

Measurement & quality rules, dashboards, QA/QC loops that don’t fall apart in two weeks.

  • KPI dictionary + SSOT (single source of truth)
  • QA scorecards, calibrations, coaching cycles
  • Incident / compliance workflows
  • Weekly operating rhythm (review, actions, owners)

Change Communications & Enablement

Change isn’t announced. It’s activated.

  • Stakeholder mapping + RACI
  • Comms plan (what/when/to whom/why)
  • Training packs + job aids
  • Adoption metrics + feedback loops

SOPs / Knowledge Base

Standard work that reduces variance, reopens and “single-person dependencies”.

  • SOP templates + versioning
  • Decision trees / escalation paths
  • Policy → practice alignment
  • Audit trail + change log

Tools & Automation

No “tool for tool’s sake”. Automation where it reduces friction and errors.

  • Notion/ClickUp/Jira ops structure
  • Forms, routing, approvals
  • Report packs / dashboards
  • Templates: briefs, scorecards, reviews

Operational Leadership Support

Support for managers on execution rhythm: targets → actions → control.

  • WBR/QBR rhythms
  • Capacity & staffing logic
  • Risk / incident playbooks
  • Coaching & escalation support

Method: Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC/DMADV + Kaizen)

Lean Six Sigma is not “a diagram”. It’s a system: from definitions and measurement to improvement and control (DMAIC), or designing from scratch when needed (DMADV).

Lean + Six Sigma terms we use in practice

VOC

Voice of Customer: what the customer/user truly needs.

Output: themes → CTQs

CTQ

Critical-to-Quality: measurable requirements that define quality.

Output: specs & KPIs

SIPOC

Process map: Suppliers–Inputs–Process–Outputs–Customers.

Output: scope & handoffs

Standard Work

The correct execution as a standard: steps, rules, quality.

Output: SOPs/job aids

Gemba

Go where the work happens—not only reports.

Output: real constraints

Kaizen

Small, continuous improvements with rhythm and ownership.

Output: steady gains

5 Whys

Ask “why?” until you reach the cause, not the symptom.

Output: root cause

Fishbone

Ishikawa: grouping causes (people/process/tools/policy).

Output: cause map

Pareto

20% of causes drive 80% of outcomes.

Output: focus

FMEA

Risk analysis: how something can fail and what we do.

Output: prevention controls

Control Charts

SPC: variance vs real change (drift).

Output: stability signals

WIP

Work-in-Progress: how much work is open at once.

Output: flow control

Throughput

Delivery rate: how many units get completed per time.

Output: capacity clarity

Cycle Time

Time from “start” to “done” (not only handle time).

Output: speed of delivery

Reopen Rate

% of cases reopened: a quality/clarity signal.

Output: defect proxy

Compliance Rate

% adherence to policy/rules (audit-safe measurement).

Output: risk control

Deliverables that last vs “pretty slides”

Every engagement ends with usable assets: measurement rules, templates, SOPs, and an operating rhythm.

FAQ

Short and specific—so you know what you’re buying.

Do you need access to “all the data”?

No. We start with KPI definitions and a minimal baseline (even via exports). For full control plans, we connect dashboards/report packs where needed and feasible.

We operate in a regulated / NDA environment. What then?

We work comfortably with NDA constraints, limited access, and redacted datasets. Deliverables are designed to stand on their own without exposing sensitive information.

We want fast results. What do you recommend?

Start with a Diagnostic (1–2 weeks) for baseline + quick wins. Then a DMAIC Sprint for RCA and implementation of 1–3 high-impact fixes.

Do you also deliver training / communication materials?

Yes. Where there’s change, we provide comms plans, training packs, job aids, and adoption metrics. Change must live in day-to-day work.

Identify bottlenecks and quantify performance.

Write a few lines about your environment (team size, KPIs, where it gets stuck). We’ll reply within 1 business day with 2–3 suggested call slots.

What we’ll ask for

  • Your goal (e.g., AHT, accuracy, reopens, compliance)
  • 2–3 core KPIs + how you measure them
  • Roles involved (RACI)
  • Constraints (tools, policy, NDA)

Fast frame: 5’ triage

  1. Define: what’s the problem in one sentence?
  2. Measure: which metric reflects it?
  3. Analyze: what’s the top cause (Pareto)?
  4. Improve: what would we test first?
  5. Control: how do we keep it stable?

If we answer these clearly, execution becomes drama-free.
